School Shines at Future Fit Interschool Gymnastics Competition with Remarkable Wins

Our school proudly secured the 2nd Position in the prestigious Interschool Gymnastics Competition organized by Future Fit, reflecting the talent, dedication, and perseverance of our young achievers.
In Floor Exercise, Samridhi D secured the 1st Runner Up position, while Garima R and Mariam L J achieved the 2nd Runner Up position. In Vault, Mariam L J earned the 1st Runner Up position, with Garima R and Ayra B securing the 2nd Runner Up position. In Balancing Beam, Ayra B achieved the 1st Runner Up position and Mariam L J secured the 2nd Runner Up position.
Adding to this proud accomplishment, Samridhi D was honoured with the prestigious “Best Gymnast Award” for her exceptional performance. Congratulations to all our talented gymnasts for bringing laurels to the school and inspiring everyone with their remarkable achievement.
SPK Jain Futuristic Academy Advances to the Finals of the Prestigious Leadership Lab Competition

SPK Jain Futuristic Academy has proudly qualified for the Finals of the prestigious Leadership Lab Competition organised by Shiv Nadar University. The competition witnessed participation from several reputed schools across Kolkata, including St. James’ School, St. Xavier’s Collegiate School, DPS Ruby Park, Mahadevi Birla World Academy, SPK Jain Futuristic Academy, St. Joan’s School, Apeejay School Park Street, and La Martiniere for Girls.
What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that while most participating schools were represented by students from Grades 11 and 12, SPK Jain Futuristic Academy was proudly represented by two students from Grade 9, both of whom successfully secured a place in the Finals.
This accomplishment reflects the confidence, critical thinking, leadership potential, and future-ready mindset nurtured at SPK Jain Futuristic Academy. The school congratulates its young achievers and wishes them the very best for the Finals on May 6.

SPK Jain Futuristic Academy proudly participated in UTSAV Chapter 4, the prestigious inter-school competition hosted by P.B. Academic School on August 1st and 2nd, 2025. With over 25 schools in attendance, the event celebrated creativity, collaboration, and talent across diverse categories.
Our students showcased exceptional skill and team spirit, securing the 1st position in “Get Up and Dance” for their powerful dance drama performance, and 3rd position in “Heritage Bites” (Junior Category) for their innovative non-fire mithai creations.
From traditional art in Wall Tales to energetic performances in Melody Battle, Sweet Fragrance, and Treasure Hunt, our learners made their mark with confidence and creativity.
We applaud all participants for their dedication and commendable representation of the SPK Jain spirit.
Strength in Simplicity: Our Students Shine at International STEAM Olympiad

Our students recently participated in an International STEAM Olympiad conducted live on the Zoom platform, alongside schools from Dubai, Singapore, and other global locations.
With an external examiner overseeing the event, participants were tasked with building a bridge using just 100 ice-cream sticks—a test of both creativity and engineering skill. The challenge? To test the bridge’s strength by gradually adding weight.
Our team rose to the occasion by designing a cantilever bridge. As the examiner kept adding books, the structure held firm. In an unforgettable moment, even a teacher sat on the bridge—and it withstood a staggering 110 kg without collapsing!
The results are yet to be announced, but the experience itself was a remarkable victory. We are immensely proud of the teamwork, innovation, and scientific spirit our students showcased on an international stage—proving that true strength lies in simplicity and smart thinking.

We were honoured to host a thought-provoking session by TED speaker Mr. Premchand Palety, Founder and Chief Executive of C fore. With over two decades of expertise in market research, education analysis, and institutional rankings, Mr. Palety shared invaluable insights on the future of education, faculty development, and integrity in academia. Known for introducing school rankings in India and authoring a landmark book on India’s top business schools, his session offered deep perspectives drawn from years of experience and contributions to national accreditation standards. We thank Mr. Palety for inspiring us with his wisdom and vision for educational excellence.
KCLF 2025: A Literary Wonderland for Young Minds

The 2nd edition of the Kolkata Children’s Literature Festival (KCLF) kicked off with boundless energy at SPK Jain Futuristic Academy, Newtown, Kolkata. The grand inauguration was honoured by the presence of Dr. Shashi Panja, Hon’ble Minister of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare, and renowned Indian dancer and choreographer, Tanusree Shankar.
This two-day literary extravaganza captivated young readers and families alike through enchanting storytelling sessions, creative workshops, and inspiring author interactions. Highlights included Jeeva Raghunath’s engaging “Tell Along Tales,” Rinti Sengupta’s heartfelt “Rainbow of Emotions,” and Swati Sinha’s intriguing “The Three Riddles.” Ashok Rajagopalan transported audiences into space with “Gulgul,” while Savio Mascarenhas brought illustrations to life in a dynamic workshop. Sutapa Basu’s adventurous “Jungle Safari” sparked excitement, while Jael Silliman and Roopa Pai inspired with sessions on imaginative storytelling and mindfulness. Young storyteller Shanaya Singh mesmerized listeners, and Vinitha empowered participants with her session, “I Love Me.”
KCLF 2025 joyfully celebrated the magic of literature and creativity, leaving attendees eagerly looking forward to the next edition!

the Silver Synergy Inter-School Science Exhibition

Our school participated in the Silver Synergy Inter-School Science Exhibition, organized by Silver Point School on 17th January 2025 for Grade VI to VII students. The project, “Bridging the Energy Gap: Wind & Solar for Urban India,” aligned with SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy and highlighted the role of wind and solar energy in creating a sustainable urban future.
The students made our school proud by securing the 2nd Runner-Up position in this prestigious competition.
IIHM Young Chef Competition

The Young Chef Challenge by IIHM, held on 13th December, provided an exciting opportunity for students to showcase their culinary skills while learning about nutrition and healthy eating.
